Daily Usage
How often should you take hair, skin and nail vitamins?
Adults and children from 12 years:
  • 1 capsules twice a day.
  • Recommended daily dose – 2 capsules.
Children from 4 to 11 years:
  • 1 capsule twice a day.
  • Recommended daily dose – 2 capsule. 
Younger than 4 years:
  • Consult with your doctor or pharmacist for using MUSS 3a vitamins.

How to Use How to Use MUSS 3d Hair, Skin & Nails Supplements
  1. Take one capsule before, during or after meals.
  2. Swallow the capsule whole, with a glass of water, if needed.*
  3. Store the food supplements in the original packaging at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. 

*Children or people with swallowing disorders may mix the capsule's contents with food (preferably cold or lukewarm).
